About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of world-class integrated payments products. This individual will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring our payments offerings deliver measurable value to both our customers and our internal teams.
This is a highly cross-functional position requiring collaboration with Product, Engineering, Payments Operations, Customer Support, and external partners. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in a customer-facing meeting, a technical deep-dive with engineers, or delivering a webinar to train internal teams.

Responsibilities
    •    Interpret product strategy & execute the vision.
    •    Own the product lifecycle for integrated payments solutions, from concept to launch to iteration.
    •    Translate business requirements from the Payments department into clear, prioritized technical requirements.
    •    Drive roadmap planning and ensure alignment with company strategy.
    •    Take a role as a cross-functional leader in the company who ensures that all teams have what they need to succeed.
    •    Partner with Engineering to scope, design, and deliver scalable payment products.
    •    Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations to act as an Escalation Tier for troubleshooting, product improvements, & issue resolution.
    •    Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit and effective go-to-market strategies.
    •    Customer & Partner Engagement
    •    Interact directly with customers and partners to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.
    •    Represent the product in customer-facing settings including webinars, trainings, and industry events.
    •    Act as the “voice of the customer” within the organization.
    •    Documentation & Communication
    •    Produce high-quality product documentation, requirements specs, FAQs, and training materials.
    •    Deliver compelling internal and external presentations that explain both the what and the why behind our product strategy.
    •    Ask the right questions to uncover true business needs and technical constraints.

Qualifications
    •    Required
    •    2+ years of Product Management or related experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Payments.
    •    Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
    •    Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust across teams and with external partners.
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and customers.
    •    Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    •    Familiarity with payment processing, integrated payments, or financial services.
    •    Preferred
    •    Background in Payments, Fintech, or E-Commerce SaaS.
    •    Hands-on experience with payment gateways, processors, or PayFac models.
    •    Experience acting as a customer-facing subject matter expert or trainer.
    •    Technical fluency (APIs, integrations, data flows) with the ability to have informed conversations with engineers.
